This page describes how users of Nubi (developed by 99UNO) can request the deletion of their account and all associated data.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open Nubi on your device and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Enter Settings.
- Tap Delete my profile.
- Confirm by typing the phrase you are asked for.
- Your account and all your data are deleted permanently and irreversibly.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can send a request by email. You will receive confirmation within a maximum of 30 days.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Data deleted and retained

Important about the membership: deleting your Nubi account does not cancel the store subscription. If you have an active membership, also cancel the renewal from the subscription settings of App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) so you are not charged again.
