How do I read a story?

Pick a story from the catalog and tap "Read". If it’s free or you already own it, you can download and read it. Once downloaded it’s available offline.

Can I read the same story in another language?

Yes. Nubi is available in 6 languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian and German). On the story detail you choose the reading language, and you can also switch it by tapping the flag while reading.

Can I record my voice reading the story?

Yes. On the story detail tap "Record my voice" and read page by page; Nubi saves your narration and links it to that story. Then your kids can hear you reading to them when they play the story, even when you’re away. You can re-record a page whenever you like, and the recordings are saved on your device.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Downloaded stories are saved on your device and can be read offline.

What's free and what's paid?

There are free stories to get started. You can also buy individual stories, packs, or a monthly membership that gives you access to the whole catalog.

How do I cancel the membership?

The membership is a store subscription. You cancel it from the subscription settings of your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

I bought on another device, how do I restore my purchase?

Sign in with the same Nubi account and your purchases and membership are linked automatically. If you buy a book, you can also use "Restore purchases" from the store.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We’ll send you a 6-digit code to create a new one.

How do I delete my account?

From the app: Settings → Delete my profile. You can also write to us. See the details at Delete account.
